Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping (U.S.A.)

All purchases will be processed and shipped within 5-7 Business days (excludes Saturday, Sunday and Holidays) of order.   Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email with the tracking information.  Please allow 12-24 hours for tracking to begin to update.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You may return any JoLee Clothing product purchased on JoLeesls.com within 14 days of original purchase date.  We will gladly exchange or provide a full refund to the original form of payment.  Merchandise (swimwear, loungewear and masks) must be in unworn, unwashed condition with original tags attached.  Once we have received the original items, you will receive a credit in the amount paid (excluding shipping cost). 

When shipping items on your own for an exchange or return, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.  JoLee Clothing is not responsible for any lost packages that can not be tracked during return. 

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION

Orders will be processed and shipped pending credit card authorization.  When an order is placed, JoLee Clothing will authorize your credit card to verify the funds are available.  If you are using MasterCard or Visa, the authorization may appear as if you have been charged.  With some card companies, the funds become unavailable after authorization.  However, your account will not be charged until the order actually ships.  If your order is canceled, the hold on the funds will be released and the funds will become available in less than a week or depending on the issuer of the card.
